Do you ship overseas?

Not yet, we only ship in Indonesia domestic but we will open overseas shipping very soon so stay in touch.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-15 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Can I return my order?

Customers may request a return or refund within 14–30 days of receiving the order.

Can I get my product personalized?

We will soon launch our gifting range but if you need some personalization do not hesitate to reach out to us directly.
