Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Public Holidays.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily use local Indonesian carriers (JNE, J&T, SiCepat, etc.).

Damages

PT KAI UNIVERSAL INDONESIA is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact our support team to file a claim with the carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
